- Power station: 82m2, 1 floor, 4m high. Structure is of RC frame, surrounding wall uses 200m thick bricks, water paint for wall finish, RC roof.
- 2-wheel vehicle garage: 163m2, 3 floors, 3,3m high. Structure is of steel truss frame, colored galvanized tole roof.
- 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicle garage: 98 m2, 1 floor, 3,3m high. Structure is of steel truss frame, colored galvanized tole roof.
- Gas tank: 16m2, 1 floor, 3,8m high. Structure is of RC frame, surrounding wall uses 200m thick bricks, water paint for wall finish, RC roof.
- Boiler house: 25m2, 1 floor, 3,8m high. Structure is of RC frame, surrounding wall uses 200m thick bricks, water paint for wall finish, RC roof.
